Services to begin during the 2019-2020 Concert Season
FOR THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES (Per-Service Positions):
Principal Viola
Approximately 50 services will be scheduled during Augusta Symphony’s 2019-2020 season. The 2.5-hour Principal Viola per-service rate is $103, with mileage ($0.27/mile) and overnight ($40/night) added when applicable.
If you are interested in auditioning, please send a one-page resume, a $50 refundable deposit (check made payable to “Augusta Symphony”), and a completed Application Form so that these materials are received by Monday, August 19, 2019. Once your materials are received, you will be extended (via email) an invitation to audition. All applicants are responsible for obtaining their own copies of required music excerpts. The deposit check will be returned to you on the day of audition or if notice of cancellation is received by the Personnel Manager on or before Monday, September 9. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited to Augusta Symphony.
