AT THE SYMPHONY

Arrival – Doors to the theater open one hour before a performance to allow plenty of time to park and find your seat. Late arrivals will be held outside of the hall until there is a break between movements to be seated.

Handicap Accessibility –  Arrangements can be made by calling the Miller Theater Box Office at 706-842-4080 ext 1 prior to purchasing your seats. There is an unloading zone immediately in front of the Miller Theater and there is a gentle slope into the theater, arcade, and restrooms with no steps. Wheelchair accessible seating and compantion seating are located on the orchestra level. The Miller Theater has an elevator to access the Creel-Harison Mezzanine Lobby, but balcony seating involves traversing steps.

ADA Parking – is available in the parking well on the 700 block of Broad Street to patrons with ADA hangtags or license plates as approved by the City of Augusta.  These spaces fill on a first-come, first-served basis and open 90 minutes prior to the concert.

Parking Options – Parking is available in public lots. Please be mindful as many lots around the theater are private property. Patrons are also encouraged to use ride share services, such as Uber and Lyft.

Security – All patrons will enter the theater under the Marquee at 708 Broad Street. To facilitate the safety of our guests, each patron will submit to bag check and metal detection prior to entry. A full list of prohibited items is available here. Every patron is required to have a ticket to enter.

Concessions – include full bar service, Coca-Cola products, and light snacks for purchase.

Lost & Found – is located at the box office. Please contact us at 706-842-4080 ext 1  to locate your lost item.

Young Concert Goers (6 years and younger) – are encouraged to attend the Family Concerts at Columbia County on October 24 and December 12.

Group Discounts – are available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact the box office at 706-842-4080 ext 1 to make these arrangements.

Tax Acknowledgements – are available for season subscribers only for tickets returned for sale at least 48 hours prior to the concert.
